Fly91 launches Vijayawada-Tirupati flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays
Fly91 has launched a new flight service connecting Tirupati and Vijayawada, operating four days a week. Local officials attended the inaugural ceremony, which featured a traditional water cannon salute.

Fly91 began flights on the Tirupati- Vijayawada route on Thursday (September 10, 2026), the Airports Authority of India (AAI) at the Vijayawada International Airport announced.
Gannavaram MLA Yarlagadda Venkata Rao, who attended the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest, presented the first boarding passes to the family that booked the flight’s first tickets. Tirupati MLA Arani Srinivasulu and Airport Director M. Lakshmi Kantha Reddy were also present. The inaugural flight from Tirupati was welcomed at the Vijayawada airport with a water cannon salute.
