Florence Road thank Eddie Vedder for coming to the rescue

Irish band Florence Road have thanked Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, the Ohana Festival in California, and Fender guitars for coming to their aid after the quartet's equipment was stolen from their van in Los Angeles on Friday night.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, Florence Road - Lily Aron, Ailbhe Barry, Emma Brandon, and Hannah Kelly - described themselves as "absolutely devastated" that they would not be able to play the Ohana Festival at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point after the theft.

"Last night, all of our gear was stolen from our van in Los Angeles ..our guitars, pedalboards, and everything we need to play our show," they wrote.

"We've tried absolutely everything to make it happen today. So many friends have gone above and beyond to help us, and everyone at Ohana Festival has been unbelievably supportive and amazing throughout this whole situation.
