Flex banners and wall posters banned for ‘Sathaya Vizha’ THANJAVUR The Thanjavur District Police have banned the display of flex banners and wall posters in public places in connection with the ‘Sathaya Vizha’ to commemorate the 1041th birth anniversary of Great Emperor Raja Raja Cholan in Thanjavur on October 22.
