Five members of a family, including two children, were injured when their neighbours attacked them in Benakatti in Yaragatti taluk in Belagavi district on Saturday (September 19, 2026) night.
Family members of Rudrappa were attending a funeral when a neighbour began abusing them. When Rudrappa objected to it, around a dozen members of the neighbour’s family came to Rudrappa’s house and beat him up.
