A Boeing 767-300 cargo plane operated by Amazon Prime Air overran the runway at Miami International Airport shortly before 14:00 on Sunday, crashing into multiple vehicles travelling on a road behind the facility and killing at least five people.

Five additional individuals sustained injuries in the collision, with officials confirming that three of those injured remain in a critical condition.
Emergency crews responded in large numbers to manage a fire that broke out on the aircraft as well as a fuel leak at the scene.
