<p>Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida on Thursday said the Department of Justice (DOJ) will soon file the petition for the extradition of Kingodm of Jesus Christ (KOJC) founder Apollo Quiboloy to the United States.</p><p>"Quiboloy, we're in the final stages already. Nag legal scrubbing na lang kami.
