FIA reveals new start time for delayed F1 qualifying at Singapore GP

The FIA has delayed the start of the Singapore Grand Prix qualifying session by 30 minutes due to a rain-disrupted sprint race. Regulations require a three-hour gap between the end of the sprint and the start of qualifying.

Qualifying for Formula 1's Singapore Grand Prix will be delayed after rain disrupted Saturday's sprint race, the FIA has announced.
A downpour soaked part of the Marina Bay Street Circuit some 15 minutes before the sprint was scheduled to get under way, meaning the race was delayed by half an hour in order to clear some of the standing water from the track.
