Investors are also monitoring corporate financial reports and governance votes within decentralized organizations.
Why it matters
Central bank policies are primary drivers of market volatility, and their decisions will significantly influence the short-term trajectory of digital asset prices.
Central bank decisions will dictate the tempo for crypto markets in a packed week of macroeconomic events. Headlining the calendar is the Federal Reserve's interest-rate decision on Wednesday, accompanied by Chair Kevin Warsh’s press conference and the updated Summary of Economic Projections, known as the “Dot Plot.”
The Bank of England and Bank of Japan follow with their own rate decisions on Thursday and Friday, respectively.
Meanwhile, U.S. retail sales and import price metrics land midweek alongside a key reading for the Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index.
On the corporate side, digital asset manager CoinShares reports its first-half financial results on Monday, while decentralized communities at Hermes Protocol and Cratos DAO open key governance votes.
