FBI documents reveal Thomas Crooks was spiraling before Trump rally

A former FBI agent says newly released federal documents show Thomas Crooks, the man who attempted to assassinate President Donald Trump, was "spiraling into an almost manic state" before the rally shooting. The federal documents turned over to the Senate, first reported by the New York Post, show that people close to Crooks, who killed one person and seriously injured two others, noticed odd behavior in the weeks before the attack. Former FBI Special Agent Jonathan Gilliam told Fox News Digital that the documents turned over to the Senate contained several "red flags" about Crooks.
