SINGAPORE, July 22 — A deadly confrontation between two residents of a Housing Board block in Lengkok Bahru has resulted in a 59-year-old man being formally accused of murder.
According to The Straits Times , the accused, Ng Swee Seng, appeared before the State Courts via video link yesterday, where he was charged with causing the death of his neighbour, 59-year-old Thiyagarajan Karunakaran. The alleged incident took place on July 20 at Block 55, situated in the Redhill vicinity.
