He formally launched a two-day padayatra from Chilakapalaem to Srikakulam to step up pressure on the government over the long-pending farmers' issue. Mr. Rao alleged conspiracy in land records, claiming that some revenue officials, along with realtors, have been altering records and removing names of farmers.
