Fard Portal and Digital Feedback System for Land Records

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has launched an E-Fard portal and a digital feedback system to modernize land record services. Citizens can now access documents online via biometric verification and provide feedback on service quality to district officials.
Why it matters
This initiative aims to reduce bureaucratic delays and corruption in land administration by digitizing records and increasing government accountability.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has introduced an E-Fard portal and a digital public feedback system to make land record services faster, easier and more transparent for citizens.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Sohail Afridi formally launched the new digital services. Officials said the initiative will reduce the need for citizens to repeatedly visit revenue offices to obtain land records.
Under the new E-Fard system, citizens will be able to obtain their land record documents from home or through nearby facilitation centres. Three channels will be available for accessing the service, including NADRA e-Sahulat centres, the government’s self-service web portal and the Dastak app.

Only users who complete biometric verification through NADRA will be able to download an E-Fard. The system will provide a more secure method of accessing land records while reducing manual procedures.
