The family of one of nine women found murdered in Ekurhuleni is calling for the reinstatement of the death penalty.

38-year-old Dineo Motapane's loved ones are still struggling to come to terms with her gruesome murder.

Motapane's body was found on the side of the road in Kwathema on Tuesday.

She is a victim in a series of killings in the metro, reported since July.

As the community, government and political parties continue to visit the Motapane home, her loved ones are still grappling with unanswered questions.
