BJP dismissed the charges, saying Delhi govt’s Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) had established the money trail of the alleged embezzlement before arresting Jain and others.Jain, who is currently the co-in-charge of AAP in Punjab, which will likely go to polls early next year, and five others were arrested by ACB in connection with an alleged 2024 corruption case linked to Delhi Jal Board.“Everyone still remembers the ordeal they put him through by throwing him in jail.
