Formula 1 leader Kimi Antonelli won his home Italian Grand Prix after a sensational race from 19th to first in a massive blow for Mercedes teammate and closest championship rival George Russell.
The 20-year-old was the first Italian winner at Monza since Ludovico Scarfiotti for Ferrari in 1966.
It was an afternoon to forget for New Zealand driver Liam Lawson, who was forced into the pits early to repair damage to his Red Bull car following a collision with Audi's Nico Hulkenberg and crossed the line 14th.
Russell, who had led a re-start after Ferrari's Charles Leclerc crashed heavily at the end of lap two, finished second - 3.857 seconds behind - after being hunted down by a teammate on fresher tyres late in the race with Max Verstappen a distant third for Red Bull.
