Exynos 2700 Enters Mass Production, Claims Tipster, 10% Higher Volume Than Exynos 2600 & 10% Higher Multi-Core Performance Than Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6

Samsung has reportedly entered mass production of its 2nm Exynos 2700 chipset, which claims to outperform the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 in multi-core benchmarks. The company is currently evaluating whether to integrate this chip into the upcoming Galaxy S27 Ultra.

There’s positive news about the final 2nm smartphone chipset that’s scheduled to launch this year from Samsung. Based on the latest rumor, the Exynos 2700 has apparently entered mass production, with the Korean giant ramping up the initial volume of its SoC by 10 percent compared to the Exynos 2600 . Also, at least according to internal tests, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 is slower.
Samsung may not have made the official announcement concerning the Exynos 2700, but Ice Universe may have a ton of people with their ear to the ground because he states that the company’s next-generation 2nm silicon has entered mass production. With the Exynos 2600 fabricated on Samsung’s SF2 node, the Exynos 2700 will go one step beyond and utilize the SF2P process, ensuring slightly better performance and efficiency.
