At least 37 people were killed and 42 injured, including four children, in a Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast that triggered detonations and a large fire at a storage facility on Aug. 28, local authorities said.
Four people remained missing as of 5 p.m. local time on Aug. 29, Interior Minister Ivan Vyhivskyi said.
