Experimental drug alleviates symptoms of Huntington's disease

Researchers have identified a drug candidate, anle138b, that reduces toxic protein clumps in the brains of mice with Huntington's disease. The study suggests the drug could slow disease progression and extend lifespan, with promising results also observed in human stem cells.
