Standard Sport understands that a number of European clubs have already enquired about the 18-year-old centre-back, and several English clubs are also expected to register their interest.
Chelsea are yet to make a final decision on whether to loan Subuloye out, with the club keen to prioritise the player's development and pathway to the first team.
Subuloye has been on the fringes of Xabi Alonso 's first team this season and trained with the squad at Cobham over the international break, playing 45 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly with Portsmouth.
He also travelled with the first team on their pre-season tour of Australia and Asia over the summer, playing 179 minutes in total, including the full 90 against Malaysian champions Johor Darul Ta'zim in a 3-3 draw.
