NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh police on Monday registered a case against a American national -named Jordan Brown- after he was apprehended for entering Nepal without proper authorisation or valid documents, officials told news agency ANI.According to officials, a case has been registered against him at the Sonauli Police Station under Sections 21/23 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act for entering India without valid documents.What we know so farAccording to Additional SP (Maharajganj) Siddharth, Brown was spotted near the Sonauli border by security personnel during a routine patrol.
