Speaking on an episode of “The Adam Carolla Show” released Thursday, the actor — best known for his roles in “The Evil Dead” horror franchise — said he has “give or take” five years left. “I’ve decided though, pretty specifically, to live with it, not die from it,” he said. “The cancer rabbit hole is enormous. You can go into focus groups of 10,000 guys who have exactly what you have. I won’t touch it with a 10-foot pole.” Campbell, 67, declined to say what type of cancer he has. He announced his diagnosis in March, saying he had a “treatable” but not “curable” type of cancer.
