Eternal Q1 Results: Net profit surges 268% YoY to ₹92 crore, revenue climbs 182%

Eternal (Zomato parent) reported a 268% surge in net profit for Q1 FY27, reaching ₹92 crore, driven by strong performance in its quick commerce segment, Blinkit. Despite the profit growth, the company noted that quick commerce remains a capital-intensive business.

Zomato parent Eternal recorded a 268% rise in its consolidated profit after tax to ₹92 crore in the June quarter of the financial year 2026-27, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday, July 22.

The company had posted a consolidated net profit of ₹25 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal. Sequentially, profit fell 47.13%.
Its consolidated revenue from operations in the first quarter stood at ₹20,211 crore against ₹7,167 crore in the year-ago period, it added. Sequentially, revenue surged 16.88%.
At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) surged 416.52% to 594 crore for the quarter under review from ₹115 crore in the year-ago period.
EBITDA margin stood at 2.94% vs 1.69% a year back.
