Erode District Collector launches digital self-enumeration for Census 2027
Erode District Collector S. Kandasamy has launched a digital self-enumeration portal for the 2027 Population Census. Residents are encouraged to register their household details online by July 31 to assist with statistical planning.

District Collector S. Kandasamy on Friday (July 17) launched the digital self-enumeration facility for Population Census 2027 and appealed to the public to complete the exercise online before July 31.
Mr. Kandasamy said the Census Monitoring and Management System (CMMS) had been developed to monitor and coordinate Census operations. Under the system, members of the public can complete self-enumeration online from July 17 to 31 by registering their household details.
After successful registration, a reference ID will be generated. Residents can provide this reference number to the enumerator when they visit the house. The official will verify the details submitted online.
