Epsom incident: Five people injured, one person arrested, section of Manukau Rd closed during morning rush hour

Five people have been injured in a serious incident in the Auckland suburb of Epsom this morning just after 7am.
Police have confirmed one person is in custody.
One person is in a critical condition, one in a serious condition, one in a moderate condition and two others were treated at the scene, St John said.
Three people were taken by ambulance to Auckland City Hospital.
“There are cordons in place on Manukau Rd between Ranfurly Rd and Queen Mary Ave,” police said.
Campbell Cres to Puriri Drive is also closed.
“There will be an increased police presence in the area while inquiries are ongoing.”
