EPFO’s enrolment campaign operational till October 31
The EPFO has launched an enrolment campaign running until October 31, 2026, allowing employers to voluntarily register eligible employees who were previously left out of coverage. The scheme offers a waiver on the employee's past share of contributions and limits penal damages to a nominal fee.

The employees’ enrolment campaign, 2026, was notified by the Union Ministry of Labour and Employment and the campaign is operational from July 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. The objective of the scheme is to provide a special window for employers to voluntarily enrol eligible employees who were left out from EPF coverage from April 1, 2009, to March 31, 2026, and regularise their past compliance.
