Heart to Heart, a dialogue programme with the Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, founder of One World One Family Mission, was held in Madurai on Saturday.
It was an interaction programme on the various services rendered by the organisation.
The Thiagarajar Mills Managing Director Hari Thiagarajan initiated the discussion.
During the conversation, the Sadguru explained that free education, nutritious food and healthcare services to the needy are the main focus of the organisation, which they are doing in many countries across the globe and plans are afoot to expand the service in Tamil Nadu.
Already, a 60-bed free hospital is being established in Mayiladuthurai at the request of Sri Sivagurunathan Thambiran of Mayiladuthurai Adheenam, who was represented at the programme.
He observed that it was a positive development for spiritual institutions to focus on education and healthcare.
