Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy of the High Court directed the Commissioners of Greater Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Malkajgiri municipal corporations to instruct their respective deputy commissioners and town planning officers to display building permissions granted to owners at the construction sites.

If the same were not displayed, the authorities should temporarily stop the ongoing construction, the judge said in the order. The judge made it clear that property owners of sites spread over less than 75 square yards (which do not require any building permission) should also display their permissions (provisional certificate of registration) on the construction site, the judge said.
