Visionary WA electronic duo Empire of the Sun will return to the national stage in early 2027 in their largest tour of Australia and Zealand to date. Launching in Auckland on February 19, the group will then play singular shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and a finale at Perth’s RAC Arena on March 6. Consisting of long-time duo Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore, the pair are best known for crafting resonant hits Walking On A Dream, and We Are The People. Their previous Australian tour was in spring 2024. With Littlemore also forming one half of electronic duo Pnau, he primarily works behind the scenes as a studio producer, writer and creative director for Empire of the Sun, while Steele performs as frontman of their travelling band. Steele has been on tour in North America since the beginning of August.
