Emmys 2026: Michael J. Fox receives Bob Hope Humanitarian Award
Michael J. Fox received the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award at the Emmys 2026 on Tuesday (September 15, 2026) for his contributions to Parkinson’s disease research and advocacy. His The Good Wife co-star, Julianna Marguiles, presented him with the award.
Michael is a five-time Emmy Award-winning actor, earning three of those awards for playing Alex P. Keaton on Family Ties and later ABC’s Spin City in the 1990s, and for his guest performance on FX’s Rescue Me in the 2000s. He was also nominated for the 19 th time this year for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for Shrinking.
