Elizabeth Holmes to Be Moved From Prison to Halfway House in 2027

Elizabeth Holmes , the imprisoned founder of Theranos who duped investors with a claim to have revolutionized blood testing and was sentenced to more than 11 years for fraud, will reportedly be moved from a Texas prison into a halfway house in 2027.
On Wednesday, ABC News reported that Holmes is scheduled to be placed in the Austin Transitional Center in Del Valle, Texas, on Aug. 23, 2027. The network cited an update from the Department of Justice’s Victim Notification System.
