Eeducation remains the most powerful instrument to transform lives and build a brighter future for students, said Minister of Backward Classes Welfare S. Savitha on Monday (July 20, 2026).
She was speaking at the ‘Shining Stars Awards-2026’ programme organised by the Education Department at Jagarajupalli near Puttaparthi. The Minister felicitated meritorious Class X and Intermediate students for their academic achievements and presented them with cash incentives and medals.
She reiterated that the State government was committed to encouraging talent and creating opportunities for students to pursue higher goals. She said that recognising academic excellence motivates youngsters to perform better and develop confidence.
