Ed Joyce: Former international appointed Ireland men's batting coach

Cricket Ireland has named former international Ed Joyce as its new high performance batting coach, with a focus on the the men's senior squad and male talent pathway.

Joyce played 151 times for Ireland, scoring 5,552 runs at an average of 40.82 with 10 centuries and 29 half-centuries.

In 2019, one year after his playing retirement, Joyce became head coach of Ireland women and stayed in the role until stepping down last year.
