Ebonyi North: Polycarp Nwite Jnr seeks to unseat Senator Nwaebonyi
Polycarp Ogbonna Nwite Jnr., son of the late Senator Polycarp Ogbonna Nwite, former Nigerian Ambassador to Botswana and presidential aide to the late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, has officially declared his candidacy for the Ebonyi North Senatorial District seat under the Accord Party in the 2027 National Assembly elections.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, recently published his name as the Accord Party candidate for the district. He will be contesting against the incumbent Senator, Onyekachi Nwaebonyi.
