EastEnders confirms Nicola Mitchell's family cast in major addition

EastEnders has revealed this morning (Friday 31 July) that five newbies (and a dog!) will be moving to Walford within the coming weeks. It comes following a teaser trailer - which showed a number of suitcases and boxes appearing on No. 1's doorstep - was released on social media last night.
The estranged family of Mitchell matriarch Nicola (Laura Doddington) will turn up on her doorstep , undoubtedly stirring up a lot of drama in the process.
There's her much-discussed sister Gemma (Patricia Potter, Holby City), who is joined by her husband Ned (Jamie Bamber, Beyond Paradise ) and their son Ryder (Felix Uff, Amadeus ).
Gemma and Nicola's youngest sister Jodie (Anna Constable, Imposter 22) has also been announced, alongside their mother Rose (Marian McLoughlin, Trying).
