The East City Corporation has launched a mobile veterinary clinic to provide emergency on-site treatment for injured or sick community animals. The service is funded by CSR initiatives and aims to reduce the need for transporting animals to hospitals.
To provide on-site emergency treatment for injured, sick and distressed community animals within its jurisdiction, the East City Corporation has launched a mobile veterinary clinic. The service has already commenced and covers stray dogs, cats, cattle and other community animals, Commissioner D.S. Ramesh said.
