Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Oct 6 - Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar said on Tuesday he had spoken with his Ethiopian counterpart, Gedion Timothewos, about recent developments in Ethiopia and regional stability in the Horn of Africa.
Sa'ar said the two ministers discussed the importance of Ethiopia's unity and stability and their countries' shared interest in maintaining peace and stability across the region.
"We discussed the importance of Ethiopia's unity and stability, and our shared interest in preserving peace and stability in the Horn of Africa," Sa'ar said in a post on X.

The Israeli foreign minister did not specify which recent developments in Ethiopia were discussed during the call.
