Director of EAGLE Force, Sandeep Shandilya, has stressed the need to curb the abuse of narcotic substances and appreciated the support extended by Lions Clubs in creating awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse in society.

The Lions International District 320-H felicitated Mr. Shandilya and Aaron George, a batting star of India’s Under-19 cricket team, at a programme held recently in Secunderabad. The two were honoured in recognition of their achievements by Lion Ashok Kumar Swain, district governor of Lions International District 320H, in the presence of Lions leaders, including noted motivational speaker Lion Gampa Nageshwer Rao, and others.

Speaking on the occasion, Aaron George lauded the Lions Clubs for undertaking a range of social service activities.
