EACC at work: Summary of files forwarded to DPP
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) in Kenya reported that it forwarded 43 investigation files to the Director of Public Prosecutions. Of these, 38 cases were recommended for prosecution, though the DPP has accepted only a portion of these recommendations so far.

Among the submitted matters, the commission recommended prosecution for 38 files, marking the vast majority of cases referred.
Additionally, two files were recommended for administrative or other action, while three files were recommended for closure.
None of the recommended prosecution cases had been lodged before the court prior to review.
