Dutch National Cyber Security Center is Offline because it uses PHP
The Dutch National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) temporarily took its own website offline as a precautionary measure due to critical PHP vulnerabilities. The organization is working on a solution and publishing technical updates and inventories of vulnerable software on GitHub and community pages.
Why it matters
It highlights the severity of the global PHP security flaw, as even national cybersecurity agencies are forced to take their platforms offline.
