Dundrum Town sees 25 new openings and revamps this year

Dundrum Town shopping centre in Dublin is set for 25 new openings, store upsizes and major refurbishments during 2026.
Ten of these have already been completed, with 15 further openings and investment continuing during the autumn and ahead of the Christmas shopping season.
The newly expanded 38,000 square foot Zara flagship store opened earlier this month, while Bershka has refurbished its 8,500 square foot store and while Tommy Hilfiger unveiled a newly refurbished 3,000 square foot "Residence" store earlier this month.
Dundrum Town said these openings supported a 7% footfall increase compared with the same time last year.
Meanwhile, Mountain Warehouse has recently opened a 14,000 square foot unit in the retail park while beauty brand Kiko Milano has opened a new store.
