Duleep Trophy final could be held in Bengaluru or Chennai
The BCCI is considering moving the Duleep Trophy final from the Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru to either the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium or the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The goal is to allow spectators to attend the final match.

The M. Chinnaswamy Stadium here and the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai are learnt to be in the reckoning to host the Duleep Trophy final from Sept. 6 to 10.
Originally scheduled to be held behind closed doors at the Centre of Excellence (CoE) herein the outskirts of Bengaluru, the BCCI is understood to have explored the possibility of playing at least the final in front of an audience.
The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) has expressed its readiness to host the marquee match and the BCCI has also sounded out Chennai as an alternative venue.
