Husainar Mahshad, a native of Eriyal in Kasaragod, has submitted complaints to the Chief Minister, Customs Commissioner, and the National and State Human Rights Commissions, alleging that Customs officials subjected him to degrading treatment despite finding no contraband during the inspection.
