Dreyer & Reinbold chooses Conor Daly as driver for full-time IndyCar return

Dreyer & Reinbold Racing has found the driver who will be its first for the team's full-time return to IndyCar in 2027. Conor Daly will pilot the No. 24 car for DRR in 2027 as part of a multiyear deal. The team, which has had Chevrolet engines since the middle of the 2012 season, will also partner with Honda for its full-time return.
The signing marks Daly's full-time return to IndyCar after he didn't have a ride in 2026. Daly, who turns 35 in December, drove for Juncos Hollinger Racing in 2025 – finishing 18th in the championship. Daly drove for DRR in the Indianapolis 500 this year and finished 12th. He also finished 10th with the team in the 2024 Indy 500.
