KARACHI - Pakistani producer, director and media executive Dr Umair Haroon has been appointed as a jury member for the prestigious Asian Academy Creative Awards, organised by the Asian Academy of Creative Arts. According to a statement on Thursday, the appointment was confirmed in a letter signed by Michael McKay, President of the Asian Academy of Creative Arts, welcoming Dr Haroon to the jury panel and confirming his participation in this year's awards. Dr Haroon will serve as a juror during the National Round, scheduled from mid-August to September 7, and the International Round, to be held from late September to October 23.
