The Mediterranean Revival compound, located in the Beverly Hills Post Office area, spans 2.76 acres and contains 16,079 square feet of living space. McGraw and Robin purchased the property for $29.8 million in 2010 and completed the residence in 2011 following a construction process that reportedly lasted seven years. The current listing is being handled by Billy Dolan of Carolwood Estates.Designed by architect Kevin Clark, the property was conceived as more than a conventional mansion.
