Dr DisRespect, whose real name is Herschel “Guy,” has once again taken aim at Nickmercs, this time during a Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 Beta livestream. On August 24, 2026, a 42-second clip from the stream was posted on X by @veizau. The moment came after a viewer asked the streamer if he had noticed the in-game appearances of other popular creators. Dr DisRespect mentioned TimTheTatman first, then wondered if Nickmercs was also in the game. The conversation quickly turned personal. Dr DisRespect called Nickmercs a “wannabe tough guy” and “phony” before making a gesture that appeared to suggest hitting him in the face.
