Speaking during a press briefing after the 38th National Council on the Administration of Justice (NCAJ) meeting in Mombasa, Ingonga said the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions would not hesitate to prosecute leaders found inciting violence or using criminal gangs to achieve political objectives.
The DPP said the law would apply equally to all leaders, maintaining that his office would not distinguish between politicians from the government or the opposition when enforcing the law.
