Amazon India's Great Indian Festival 2026 recorded a 100 per cent year-on-year increase in products ordered during its opening, with customers from every Indian pin code placing orders across categories including smartphones, consumer electronics, fashion, beauty and home appliances, the company said.Premium products recorded strong demand across categories. Sales of premium Android smartphones rose 70 per cent year-on-year, while MacBook Neo sales were 65 times a regular day's level. Premium wearables sold at 80 times their regular daily volume, and home entertainment sales were 77 times a normal day's level. Televisions measuring 55 inches and above accounted for 65 per cent of TV sales.Large appliances also saw higher demand, with sales reaching 50 times a regular day's level.
