'Domo arigato!': Poe credits Japan's support for PCG modernization
Brian Poe says Japan's support is helping build a stronger PCG, aiming to be ASEAN's largest by 2030.
He said more patrol ships and radar systems improve maritime monitoring and protect Filipino fishermen.
Poe also backed the coast guard modernization bill to expand the PCG's resources and capabilities.
