Winger Selwyn Cobbo has enjoyed a stellar season in his first year at the club after signing a 12-month contract.
It’s been reported that Cobbo is set to parlay that ‘prove it’ deal into a rich four-year deal worth up to $800,000 according to CODE Sports.
However, journalist Brent Read has expressed doubts over the reported value of the deal.
“He’s had a great year for the Dolphins and Queensland but I think $800k is a bit steep,” Read said on NRL360.
